Job Opening - BENCH SALES MANAGER
Devandshi Consulting Services is looking for multiple US staffing BENCH SALES MANAGERS for its customers in Hyderabad/ Noida/ Bangalore/ Chennai locations
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must be willing to work in the night-shift (U.S.A hours)
Should have Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales and thorough
understanding of marketing own IT Bench.
-Extensive experience in all phases of marketing including utilizing multiple channels such as
data mining, networking, research, sourcing and gathering the requirements.
-Supervisory experience in End to End Consultant Profile marketing process is preferred.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants with Tier 1 Vendors / Direct Clients.
Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
Interacting directly with Tier 1 Vendors/ Implementation partners/ Direct Clients and
understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles from existing bench team.
Generating new Leads. Maintaining the contacts database. Segregating the leads and adding
new contacts to database.
Dealing with own consultants on Corp-to-Corp, W2 and 1099 basis. Expertise in screening and
evaluating the candidates as per the US recruitment standards.
Attending daily status call with team and weekly status calls with the management, during which
key performance issues of the team are identified, discussed and straightened.
Should possess awareness and excellent presentation, verbal communication and organizational
skills.
Comfortable to work in US shift.
Work Timings: EST Time zones (7.30 PM IST to 4.30 AM IST)
5 days working (Mon-Fri)
