Dev&Shi has developed Village BPO model where Women in and across that selected Village will be trained in Business Preparatory programme. Taking BPO’s and Call Centre’s to Rural India will help our clients operate on very cost effective model + Have trust worthy employees who might have never thought of earning for themselves as they have been a rural society educated women.

Dev&Shi has identified more than 6 locations where it’s would like to start its operations and empower women belonging to rural India. Each centre has infrastructure capacity to handle 40 employees at a time.
